THE CHICKS ARE COMING!!
As part of our Embryology Unit, incubated eggs will arrive Monday Night, take residence in our Melody Lane incubator, and hopefully we will all be able to watch them begin to hatch on Wednesday and Thursday. The children will assume the responsibility for the chicks' care and well being, taking turns as "Chick Watcher" and making sure the chicks have what they need to survive: water, food, a dry bed, warmth and LOVE. Encourage your child to talk to you about this exciting event!

SOMEBUNNY LOVES MELODY LANE KIDS!
| Everyone got a turn to pet Blue the Bunny |
| He was so SOFT |
| He has BLUE eyes |
| LOVES CARROTS |
| And wishes his Melody Lane friends could stay forever! |
| He loves all the sweet little hands |
| He hopped and nibbled the grass |
| And closed his eyes when he was petted |
| We grew our courage |
| Thanks, Ester and Scott for lending us your Bunny Blue! |
