Martin Luther King Day and Speech and Hearing Screen

Just a little reminder there in recognition of Martin Luther King Day, there will be No School MONDAY JANUARY 19.  ^. 

We are also excited that the USU Speech and Hearing Dept. has given us  the valuable and opportunity for a preschool Speech and Hearing Clinic to be held right in the convenience of our preschool on the MORNING OF FRIDAY JANUARY 23^rd. There will be no regular morning  preschool that AM  as the screening will be done during those hours. but afternoon class will be as usual.  We encourage you to take advantage of this unique opportunity for an in depth screening of your child’s speech and hearing, which is much different than what your child would receive in a pediatrician’s office.  Each year we find some undetected issues in some of our children that would otherwise have been overlooked, and which can be easily treated if found early. If you wish your child to be screened, there is a nominal cost of $10, and we will let you know  your time slot for the morning of the 23.    If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.             .Laurie, Nikki, Janet and Mckyla
